Overview

The hardest brief: branding the brand strategist.

Zentum was the hardest kind of brief: branding a brand strategist. They had the credentials, the case studies, and the track record to compete with any Melbourne agency — but a web presence that undersold all of it within five seconds.

I audited 14 Melbourne brand agencies to find every pattern they shared — dark palettes, vague taglines, services lists with no outcomes — then deliberately avoided all of them. Deep navy-to-black, confident purple accent, a hero that diagnoses the founder's exact problem instead of promising generic outcomes.
